That the Canadian legal system still does not allow you to travel out of the country as you stated a few weeks ago.

Whereas before you were telling me on the phone you needed $1600 in order to start the legal process to obtain your travel permits and asking me for the money which I told you I would look into it for you.

Or was that just another lie?

I suspect the reason you still can't leave Canada after all this time is because you fucked up again more recently than 9 years ago and that you are still on probation.
