Most people get results from p90x because they go into it without having done anything active in a long time. But after the initial gains, they plateau. These types really know nothing about nutrition and think an everything bagel with low fat cream cheese every morning is "healthy". They try another round of it, lose interest and quit. What they don't realize is going for a run and doing push-ups, pull-ups and sit-ups 3-4 times a week could have got them where they are for free. It's sad how many people buy into these programs. I wonder if deep down inside they know that real change comes from basic, consistent hardwork and good nutrition....but wonder if maybe, just maybe this is the magical program that will change them.
