Do you want to look like this?

Or this?

For $500 you can get a rower. For home cardio a rower is by far the best tool. Small footprint. High intensity sprint intervals are clearly the best.

These are a little bit homoerotic in my opinion.

I have one of these, bought it about 13 years ago, never had a problem. Expensive, but you get what you pay for.

ok for those agh responded thanks, I'm not into breaking down my body with weight bearing cardio. this machine is a tool to increase appetite metabolism ect. its not a fat burner tool. i look atis as being able to stay lean and eat more as i grow into shows, without the pounding if walking or stepping on step mills. thanks again for the input anyways

I bought one very similar for the wifey. She was moaning that 'our' (oh brother) gym in the summer house was a bit too hardcore with the squat rack etc. I found one on ebay 10 miles away for £30! Picked it up and it had been used only a few times by the fat owner lol, turns out it was 400 euros. Bargain.

ah please. U will use it 10 times, then never use again EVER! Thats an chair for an ugly fat bitch! I guess u are not? Gym got everything u need! If u want excercize buy a nice bike...and a trainer. Then u have it all. Bike outside workout inside!

Or concept2 rowing machine! And learn how to do cardio the right way! Otherwise it will become deadly boring! Then u can visit their homepag and se how badly u suck!

This is what u should strive for! Strive for result, and everyting else will ome as a possitive side effect! Fit lean strong 4life.

I got one of these around 6 years ago, use it all the time, got it new in box, delivered, for less than $160.00.

Most people just need to walk briskly unless it's snowing outside in which case they should go shovel snow.  I'm on my boots all day so I like my rower.

I don't think a reclining position would aid a go-hard frame of mind.

Recumbants are good for 'guys' like Shizzo, who are used to laying face down in pillows and sidewalks. A recumbant position would be like Rock Climbing for His Sediency.
