On another note, was watching some 80's music vids on Sky last week and Blondie is a very pretty lady - nice cheekbones.

Fucks sake, I was just going to post some Blondie stuff, been watching some videos from late 70's this afternoon. Debbie Harry was something else.

Responsible for many youth stonners in the 70's for sure.

It's nice to see her & all that. Glad she's healthy.

But really - this is like seeing the older Axl Rose singing songs where he doesn't have the range any more, so he has to drop it down where the high notes used to be.

Was no-one disappointed in the song sung so flat????

She has lost her voice considerably over the past 20 years ....

We wanted to produce two songs for her in the 90's for her "comeback" but she couldn't hit the notes ...though she said she simply wasn't in to it ...

Same thing happened with "Pop trash" another good song that Nick Rhodes (Duran Duran) produced for her; Debby  couldn't sing it like "Blondie" it just didn't feel like her '

Not many people know but she refused to sing it  so that song "Pop trash" ended up being the tittle and main song of Duran Duran's 2000  album  ...by Simon lebon's request,  he did a great job singing it  though the album wasn't a success ,it was musically a masterpiece the cover art work features Liberace's  Rolls Royce ... the people at Gibson were so in love with the album they made two custom  les Paul guitars; one for Warren Cucurullo the other one a bass guitar for john taylor who wasn't in DD  at the time .....

Anyway, Blondie Looking gorgeous still    she was Michelle  Pfeiffer before Michelle Pfeiffer
