Arnold once met me. He said my arms are impressive, but that came off kind of creepy so I kept on walking...

.. It was 1969' or 70'... I was a 16 year old kid from Nor. Cal. visiting family in the L.A. area.. I was already hooked on bodybuilding and bought all the magazines... I bought a day pass at Gold's Venice and was in awe that Saturday as within the space of an afternoon I saw Frank Richard, Zabo Kosewski, Franco Columbu, Frank Zane, Eddie Giuliani and Arnold himself...

I was sitting at a distance watching Arnold and Franco train, when suddenly Arnold says to me; 'excuse me - but was that your sister who came by the gym earlier? .. ' to which I replied .. 'no, I do not have a sister, and I am just down visiting for the day'... Then Arnold replied .. 'because you really resemble that girl and I thought you might have been her brother' .. Arnold then said..  'She was a good looking girl!'.. Ha ha - I'll never forget that..

I guess Arnold was all about the pussy in those days and was always scheming even during his workout...

All the champs were really friendly and I got their autographs on a slip of paper that I still have to this day...

I slipped my hands down my pants and then fondled Arnie's Tupperware Chicken while his back was turned at the Olympia Expo.

When taking a picture, he has a "Ten Second Rule" meaning you hand him the $20 and then have ten seconds to give your camera to a friend and hit the perfect pose withThe Governer. Take too long or your camera messes up, he turns his back and disappears into the crowd.

He gave me a medal of participation at the 2003 Special Olympics when it was held here.


I wasn't competing, think he just took pity on me cos I was fat at the time.

Met him twice at the Arnold classic.  The last time he had a female BB friend of mine get up on the table at a sports bar and strike a few poses for him and Ralph M. He was cool as can be. Took care of our food and drink tab.

.. seen some other movie actor / sports athletes.. won't waists my time asking for autographs/ pics..

never actually met him but back in 1979 he came to olympus gym in jersey to do a meet and greet type of thing. place was so crowded i couldnt even get 10ft from him, it was cool just seeing him live though even though i never got close enough to say hello.he wasnt as big as i was expecting him to be though,i was young and i thought i was gonna see some super huge guy walk thru the door,he was slimmer than usuall. thing i noticed though was his hands where super huge,looked liked a neanderthol type of hand.i couldnt drive back then and got ride from my buddy/training partner and his mom

That was probably one of his slimmest periods.
I saw him in 2003 at t3 premier, was solid, chest huge and bi's popping through suit jacket. What struck me was the size of his head, literally looked like you could break planks of wood over it without phasing.

In the late 1980's, when I was in my early 20s, I had a 2nd job as an instructor at a health club in NYC, where Arnold would sometimes train when he was in town.

I'm not the type who bothers celebs, but, this was Arnold. So, one day, while he was squatting, I decided to ask him a question. The one I came up with was, "Ever have any knee problems from all the squatting?" He said he didn't, but he didn't go heavy, anymore. I remember him looking me straight in the eye, and my thinking, "Oh, sh!t, I'm talking to Arnold!"

I'd say I crossed path with him about 10 times. Can I say a bad word about him? No.
