Greetings Wiggs, hope you are well.     I must agree that there seems to be a systemic rot in the good ol' USA. My opinion of the causes?

-Failure of immigrants to assimilate
-Sense of entitlement (what can I get for doing nothing)
-Corrupt leadership from all politicians
-Embracing of the gangster/hip-hop lifestyle by all races
-Poor quality of current Mr Olympia competitors.

It's not so much that every generation is the worse generation, it's that in some societies, a certain generation starts a trend of a downward spiral, and the generation after that, which was taught this, copies this, as they have nothing else to copy.

What Wiggs is saying is true. This nation is falling apart. We care more about having fun, or the appearance of having fun, less work but more pay, and distract ourselves.

Look, we care more about Bill Cosby and his issues, than what Obama has decided with illegal immigrants.
And when many of the people of this nation heard or listened to it, they went back to being distracted by reality TV, football, Bill Cosby, or any other number of things.

Other nations see this and exploit this,  and are hungry. We are  a morbidly spoiled people, whose greed, gluttony, selfishness, as created a lazy, obese nation that has become a laughing stock and a perverse caricature of it's former self.

yes the little fuckin' shits of today all with their Iphones are just showered in luxury it digusts me. My ex gf bought her no good son a $400 stupid little park scooter, then he breaks his cell and gets him an iphone, used, but still for $250. More than what I spend on myself for a phone.

As I said, that in some societies, a generation basically effs it up for the other generation---and that generation repeats the cycle that they were taught. If they were taught to be selfish, that is what they repeat.

Gen X and Y are called selfish, spoiled, do nothings. Where did we learn that from? The Baby Boomer generation. They called themselves "The Me Generation". Now, if that doesn't describe being "selfish", I don't know what does. That generation started a massive trend of breaking down this country. And gen X and Y have continued it, yet The Baby Boomer generation laments and calls the generation that it fathered names? Gen X and at are only doing what they were taught to do.
It is only when a generation chooses to not follow in the other generation's foot steps is when the change happens--for good or for bad. Which ironically, the Baby Boomer generation chose to do.
