TPTB (via the MSM) is trying their best to foment looting and rioting.  In fact, they are ENCOURAGING it.  None of this is an accident, it's a very well orchestrated plan. 

Law enforcement stood down while all these fires were being lit and people were looting... the cops did NOTHING.  They are letting this stuff escalate on purpose in order to implement US martial law.

WIth all the prep time and manpower, they really did very little to stop rioting.  I would have been smashing skulls and locking peoeple.  It wasn't a huge number - they could have firehosed them (in 30 degree weather) and very quickly most would have left with pneumonia.   The ones that stay, lock them up.   It'd be over fast.

Did they purposely LET them riot in order to gain public support for their cause and paint the protesters as the idiots that they are?  Did they give them enough rope to hand themselves?

The cops litteraly had thei hands tied.  If another black got killed or beat up by the cops all hell would have broken loose.  They needed to protect the self interest of the rich such as banks and let the blacks do whatever they want until it settled down.
