Jason's got it here. Logically, I'd like to hear a better description of how the deadlift targets such a plethora of muscle groups together at once, and/or what other exercise could be done to better recruit such a large number of lower back and hamstrig fibers all at once.
Keep it up, Jason. And, your t-shirt looks like it fits a man in his 30s who values helping himself as well as others win at developing and maintaining a healthy overall physique instead of overdosing on organ-killing drugs. Kudos to you.
