I may do this tomorrow just for fun, but skip the girly leg spreader machine.  Should I use them in the order they are in the gym just one after another or actually group by body part as much as possible?

Sounds fun, it could be a good cardio session maybe?

There was a dude, contributing writer for some BB mag back in the 90's-  Every year on his birthday he would arrive at Gold's Venice around 6:00 am and stay there working out until he lifted 1,000,000 cumulative pounds. He always did it. Kept a journal. I frequently wanted to strangle him when he would give me the hourly updates.

He used lots of different machines but it's unlikely he used very single machine in the gym.

225pound deadlift x 102 reps x 50 sets = 1147500 pounds. Average volume for the most of us.

People who have just joined a gym and are working out for the first time tend to do this.

Don't know anyone with experience who does it.
