Not that it would make this crime anymore right or wrong, but I don't see a baby in the video.  It looks like she has a bag in her right hand, and a cellphone in her left.  The video is hard to see, but it seems he gave her a swift flying kick, and then grabbed the phone she was talking on.  Was the baby possibly in one of those chest harness carriers?
