No they are not always insane  that's just something bodybuilders tell themselves to make them feel better when they do meet a fitness chick who doesn't satisfy their  emotional needs.  They tell themselves the bitch is crazy because they can't accept dating a chick who's independent, has her own goals , and g-d forbid  isn't going to worship the ground they walk on.

Dated a girl for 3 years who is 37 w/ 2 kids and divorced. I myself am divorced w/2 kids as well. I'm 32.

She lives the fitness lifestyle but doesn't compete. Completely self absorbed and narcissistic.

Long story short I found out she would go through my phone constantly bc she assumed I was cheating which I never did. I had enough of the games and broke up w her and when I tried to leave she physically attacked me. Stomped on my foot and I lost a toenail. Pushed me took swings at me. Pulled me to the ground on top of her tried to bite me, tried pushing me down a spiral staircase. I stayed calm and all I did was restrain her by her wrists never raised a hand.
Next day I get arrested at work. She called my job for 3 days to get me fired. Cps got involved (her kids never woke up). 2 days after the incident she is posting pics of herself in a bikini and not one mark on her. The charges finally got dropped and she is still contacting me to get married and have kids. She is a fkn psycho

I never ask for advice I share stories. I also always have a hot chick in my life so that is irrelevant.

Im one of the few guys who isn't delusional about the kind of person he is. I know I have an ego the size of texas and guys like me tend to fall for women with  BPD... this stands for borderline personality disorder.... these women have the ability to feed your ego unlike any other but unfortunately are unpredictable and will always  tear your heart out. I know this...but I don't care I will continue to date women like this for the rest of my life because the initial high I get in the honeymoon phase is worth the bullshit that comes with it.
 
Lastly most   fitness chicks do not have BPD they have NPD (narcissistic personality disorder)  and this is completely different.
