Use ground turkey breast, fine chopped onion, some bread crumbs, one whole egg, fresh minced garlic, a bit of fresh parmesan cheese, a bit of salt and pepper.  Feel free to add other flavors whose taste you like (i.e. dill weed, oregano, etc).  Mix together, ball 'em up, pop 'em in the oven and you're good to go.

get some mince and some egg, mix it together then roll it into balls and then cook them.

If you really want to be easy, remove the egg stage.

If you really want to be lazy just ask a homeless person for his balls.

Exactly this ^^ (The way I make them).

Then I will put them in the sauce raw (no pulling out), and slow cook them all day in the sauce.
If I bake them, I drizzle a little olive oil over them before baking. Magnifique...

x2 except I brown them on a pan first and then simmer them in the sauce for only about an hour.

I use Italian seasoned bread crumbs and per pound add one table spoon of Worcestershire sauce and couple drops of liquid smoke as well :)

I've made some killer meatballs in my big green egg.

The charcoal flavor really adds something.

I put them in muffin pans like Alton Brown does.

Basically, if you can read directions, you can be a great cook (and I truly mean what many would consider GREAT, as in, you are better than damned near every restaurant short of the French Laundry or Le Bec Fin).

If you want directions you can follow to the "t", with little to no interpretation, use Alton Brown's recipes.  When you get good enough, you can alter them to your taste.

But!  It is like art, you must first be able to paint a bowl of fruit before you go Picasso on everyone.
