« on: December 05, 2014, 07:06:06 AM »
Im talking about supps

Whey protein 5lbs  "Arnold's Iron Whey"  $46.00

Whey Protein 5lbs. Cutler nutrition $46.00

Whey Syntha BSN 5lbs. $55.00

Why the price difference for same amount ?

I feel sorry for retards that spend that much money on a bucket of aspertame and flavoring.  Just buy Nesquick instead

The RTD is 8g protein, 23g sugar/240mL.
The powder you have to mix is 1g protein, 13g sugar/2tbsp <- protein content increases after mixing with milk.

it's funny, been plenty of round friends houses or friends of friends houses where someone in the house proudly has their big tub of protein powder in view. I always say why waste your money on that shit, if your gonna do it just buy nesquick or even supermarket own brand milkshake, tastes 100 times better and mixes too.

Got to trueprotein.com, ,get bioplex Whey its really good.I also would recomend Beverly International, they have a good blend.Another decent product is pro complex by Optimum nutrition.
As far as the brands you listed above
Arnold crap, Cyto sport crap, BSN crap, Cutler nutrition is supposed to be pretty good.
Jay is a honest guy.I will say that about Jay.He wouldnt put his name on a product that wouldnt make label claim. He is one of the few pro bodybuilders with integrity.
Jay is one of those people who is very dry, doesnt say much. But he will tell you how he honestly feels. He doesnt sugar coat anything. If he thinks somebody is a douche bag, he will tell you, lol.
There is no area of gray with Jay.He tells it like it is

No whey in the sevenies and they looked vastly superior to todays pros: just stick to quality real food instead of chemical factory crap

Thing is that shipping and handling for a 5.lbs jug would probably have you spending more than buying it from store directly.

Even if they had whey they would have looked the way they did. Whey is not what gave today's pros the look they have. Its the excessive drug use and the use of drugs that didnt even exist back in the 70s.

The blair protein formula was popular in the seventies.
