Obama is already lobbying for the latino vote which he has almost pocketed, Hillary will try to swing the gay and female vote, if she even gets  a fraction of the general democratic vote she's a shoe in.  BUT  this is totaly where the electoral college will kick in.  She may end up getting 2/3s the total vote but less than half the states.
