The message the liberal media is trying to portray is that the blacks are forced to commit crimes due to racism and oppression from the white man.. Ray Ray gunning down Pork Chop doesn't make the news because it doesn't fit their agenda.

Its deserved, white people have traits too. For instance I notice black people always dump 10% of their shopping at the check out, just change their mind and try and hide the meat ect amongst the carrier bags and chewing gum or leave half the stuff in a basket so the next person has no where to put their empty basket. Lazy people.
Chinese people always try to round up the change at the tills even if it makes no sense.
Old white people always try and give you the exact change when you can see from the moment they open their hand there is no where near enough but they will count it all out regardless. A life time of retail and you can tell a lot about people.  I life time in the police is going to be the same.  Profiling isn't racist it's an observation of facts.

You could be right about old folks and counting change. I'm an old folk and it annoys me too when another of my generation does this. I pay with plastic, so there is never any change to count. I do have a wallet full of dollar bills for tipping at Starbucks and other takeout places.

I live in a very "white" suburb of Portland. Blacks are 0.7% of the population. The few people of color here are probably pro basketball players and other such fairly wealthy folks. When door to door magazine salespeople come around, they are obviously out of place. I've seen the police approach them and they are soon on their way. If some vagabond or beggar attempts to panhandle at the freeway ramps, the police chase them off within a few minutes too. Not much riffraff here, regardless of ethnicity or color. the same is true for our neighbor city, Lake Oswego. Portland, on the other hand, has much more racial variety although it is still 78% white.

It is done by -get this- finding the patterns, behaviors, modus operandi, sex, age, race, religion, political belief structurre and associations,and anything else pertinent to a particular type of crime, criminal behavior or acts of domestic terrorism. I was nailed in Arizona with my California plates. In Arizona we have only a rear, Calif both front and rear. An AHP was coming the other way 80 miles from nowhere in the desert, saw my front Calif and did a Ue then pulled me over. I had my cruise control at 79 in a 75 zone. He told me I was doing 93 but was going to cut me a break and put down 84 so he did not have to cuff me and take me in. I told him my cruise control was at 79. "Sir, one more word and I will put down 93." Driving with California plates. PROFILING. A County Sherriff Deputy at the gym confirmed what happened. I now have a single rear AZ plate. He also said that profiling is necessary. If you are looking for Meth dealers look for greasy haired white men. If you are looking for street thugs look for Blacks and Hispanic men. Serial killers...white me. Terrorists...Arab men. Extortionists...white men. If you are looking to ticket someone on a slow day....pick a California car. They will not show up in court to challenge you.
