It looks to wrap around to the hamstring, on his feet and ankles as well. It's what I posted and one of the man causes is insulin resistance. Another cause is growth hormone.

Has anyone here ever gotten those deep tissue massages?

I have and they hurt like all hell. I don't think I can truly determine whether or not they have benefited me too much in my overall recovery, muscle soreness and/or flexibility.

On a side note, the guy doing the massage in the video seemed very nice. Phil was clearly distracted a bit by the hair transplant scar on the guy's head, but aside from that, just another day at the office for Phil.

Besides Phil and the masseuse, who were the other two guys there? Schmoes? Worshipers?
