even if u lose alittle muscle u will feel WAY better and your BP will get back to normal,u will look bigger stripped down and not as massive in clothes but who cares?id rather look good in a tank top than in a sweat shirt anyway

He's 5'8" 156lbs and in great shape. I don't know why there is all the hate from the permabulkers crowd.  Every time I watch UFC I wonder what the typical bodybuilder fan thinks of the MMA physiques. They are all in outstanding shape for the most part and there isn't a professional bodybuilder who could hang with them in one of their conditioning workouts.

This MMA fighter Kazuyuik Miyata competed in the Olympics in wrestling and MMA. I bet he could submit or knock out every bodybuilder on the Olympia stage. He's 5'8" about 148lbs.

Can I use him as my little helper?

10 yrs ago,,as with big ro,,we would be licking dr j's taint 'no homo'over his build ,,one of the best overall builds here at one time..close to or def national level,,,,

Thanks big boss!!  I'm not sure I can get to Davis 156, but gonna get lower than 230.... :)

It's much healthier to be at a lighter bodyweight.  Bolo's son looks great and is in much better shape than most people this forum.  90% of Getbiggers haven't had a waist measurement of 32" since they were a teenager.  There must be a LOT of fat-fuck perma-bulkers on here.
