He's 5'8" 156lbs and in great shape. I don't know why there is all the hate from the permabulkers crowd.  Every time I watch UFC I wonder what the typical bodybuilder fan thinks of the MMA physiques. They are all in outstanding shape for the most part and there isn't a professional bodybuilder who could hang with them in one of their conditioning workouts.

This MMA fighter Kazuyuik Miyata competed in the Olympics in wrestling and MMA. I bet he could submit or knock out every bodybuilder on the Olympia stage. He's 5'8" about 148lbs.

I've worked my way down from 270 to 230. Now I'm making the move to a lower weight.  See how I feel. I feel alot better at this weight,  but I need to loose more. My bp is still high. I'm lean right now, probably under 10%, so muscle will be sacrificed to go lower, but I got plenty at this time.

even if u lose alittle muscle u will feel WAY better and your BP will get back to normal,u will look bigger stripped down and not as massive in clothes but who cares?id rather look good in a tank top than in a sweat shirt anyway
