The pictures don't really do Melvin justice. I was at the Ironman and saw him pose earlier in the evening before he got on stage. He is really pretty dry for being 2 weeks out and looked like he packed on some really solid muscle. If he dials it in just a bit more, he will definately be a threat at the ASC. Best of luck Melvin!

well i am 240lbs as of today with 10 days to go.  I don't know where I will end up on stage as for my weight but I am ready to go now. ;)

Saw Melvin's Contest Ready DVD. It was good. I recommend that to those who think posing is just hitting mandatories and that is it. He single-handedly brought posing to a whole new level. Have newfound respect for the dude. Much respect to Melvin.
