very bland, most locals add something to it like cane sugar.  But its a staple carb for Samoa n's, Tahitians, and Hawaiians.

Some of those populations are still cannibals. I wouldn't trust their food opinions, plus I had a Sgt who was Samoan and he was a fucking asshole.
