hahaha, no. We are red meat creatures. Cooks more like beef. Smell comparable to pork but it is a unique scent given off. Depends if you boil, sautee or grill. Slow roasting like KC BBQ is interesting, prefer the femur to be taken out to allow for easier slicing. Kidneys are fantastic Sous Vide. A little char once they reach temp is all that's needed.
