So I was talking to this guy at the gym he started talking to me about nutrition, he says you wanna get huge and ripped take canned chicken and a bunch of chic peas, throw it in a blender and eat that 7 times a day. He says it got he to 250 with abs (mind you he's about 190 in decent shape now). He then goes on to say if you want to get shredded drink lemon juice all day. I was thinking about Getbig as he was telling me all this. What ridiculous stuff have you guys heard over the years regarding nutrition?
