Celery.
Celery is good.
It makes you relaxed, lowers blood pressure and gets rid of excess water retention. But after a week you will become so relaxed that you in fact are less productive from low blood pressure. Must be coupled with starch cabbage and sea salt.
Bananas.
Bananas are easy to over eat. And furthers make you lazy. I have deliberate breaks in banana consumption so that I am not to clogged up with them, to much.
Whole fat milk overcomes these effects, for the most parts.
