veggie protocol , what veg heals what symptom

Carrots= heal jock itch\candida wich is sugar overgrowth issue need 7 to 9 large carrots daily
Kale greens= heal mid and lower back must have 4 to 5big handfulls a day

This covers minimum daily dose for back pains and if ur dealing from acnee or redness from sweating alot

Ninja blender recipe 6 large carrots 1 banana half grapefruit add berries or juice for sweetness optional add ginger

Recipe2 4 handfulls of kale, fruit juice and banana
This minumum plan sobers\heals from drinking beer headaches or beer asthma\ convolutted with arythmia

Yesterday had no cale but plenty of squash ncarrots also pb n banana sndwiches and back is tight because i didnt eat kale so im def havin kale2day

Celery.

Celery is good.

It makes you relaxed, lowers blood pressure and gets rid of excess water retention. But after a week you will become so relaxed that you in fact are less productive from low blood pressure. Must be coupled with starch cabbage and sea salt.

Bananas.

Bananas are easy to over eat. And furthers make you lazy. I have deliberate breaks in banana consumption so that I am not to clogged up with them, to much.

Whole fat milk overcomes these effects, for the most parts.

Where do you buy yours Falcon?
The only problem is see is that mother natures cures are all contaminated by pesticides... if I take in a huge amount of veggies do the benefits outweigh the risks due to poisons in the air and ground which is stored in the vegetable?

Now peanut butter is interesting,it will give energy but causes back inflamation and tightness counter this with alooottt of kale

Each food consumed will require another food too offset the negatives

Kale alone will give no energy only heals

Beets are great for high bp, in some cases works better than meds if consumed on a daily basis

Hopefully these little "vegetables" don't exhibit the behavior of kidnapping the XBox of their slave owners.

On a more serious note - I will try the kale thing to get past back issues... even a mild relief wild be awesome.

i hate to say it but i think im gonna have to ditch the kale, been megadosing for a few weeks now in salads, smoothies, potatoes with eggs n toasted cheese sandwhiches and its still not agreeing with my stomach and shitting 4x liquid pyramids a day im sick of it

True I am pain free at the moment feel pretty good. I love to shit but it's worrying when I feel I'm gonna skid in my underwear in the middle of fixing someone's back
