There was a guy with a Jheri curl that competed with Vince Taylor in the NPC. He is like from PA, he had sick build with great symmetry. He was almost Brian Buchanan like. He is on one of those NPC vids on YouTube. He comes before Vince Taylor and cuts off before Vince.

I saw Betancourt win his first contest. He was like 17 won the teenage South Florida. He never got his pro card, he's making plenty of money in the supplement business.
