Those are fantastic. I got the extension so that they go to 120's.
Yes, the black one is the Rogue Ohio bar. The silver one in the landmine is a POS Sports Authority bar. Peeking out from around the corner on the far side of the mirror is a NY Barbells Buffalo bar and a Westside safety squat bar. Out of frame is my beloved Rogue trap bar. Here is the trap bar set up for deadstop military pin-press:
I did as well, I skipped the 160 lb option.
My POS SA bar just broke, coincidently. I just bought a Pendlay bar off craigslist which appears to be much better.
I have 2 POS SA bars. One of which is broken. Not high quality stuff.
That fuckin awesome man...I wish I could import those bars overseas without spending a fortune. I just have AF black oxide bar and regular modified trap bar. Very nice gym you have aj top notch stuff.
Funny thing - I always wondered why I was benching more at home than at the gym. Took me a year to realize that shit bar weighed 35lbs.
My wife has a thing for weighted hula hoops. Don't ask, I don't either. She deadlifts too.
like the trap bar set up for military presses dont get any better than that (as ronnie would say)
True Getbigger!!! FACTnow pictures of ammo reloaders
Setting the safety arms to chin height has really helped my shoulder. I don't do full ROM reps, but my shoulder feels sooooo much better.
you mean you dont finish with completely straighten out arms?
Here's one pic:
Do you punch the punching bag while pretending to be Big Dan Hill?
That's no way to talk about his wife!!!!
No, I don't let it get below my chin. My left shoulder has a mild rotator cuff injury and the bottom of the ROM is where it hurts. Pin presses also let me dead-stop so I can't bounce out of the bottom.
