Any GBrs good arm wrestlers?

I got a guy at work that constantly wants to arm wrestle me, but I always turn him down.

Any tips on basic techniques and/or things to avoid?  I'm not an arm wrestler.  

I haven't been beat within my circle in 20 years, but I just use brute strength....I got no "technique" LOL.

Now folks wanna see it happen and he aludes to a past in arm wrestling......I've seen Over The Top a bunch.....anything else important to know?

I had mad skills as an arm wrestler when I was younger. I could beat people that appeared stronger than I was, so I guess technique has a lot to do with it. Haven't arm wrestled in well over a decade, not sure how I'd do these days.

Things to know....I'm left handed, but my right is a bit stronger.  I golf right, bat right, but tennis is left, basketball I shoot left and I generally throw left, but can throw right some too.   I also work with the computer mouse right handed, but can 10-key left or right handed.

I've stress fractured my right wrist weight training in the past and recently broke my left hand.

Anything help there?

Say no to that nonsense. Arm wrestling is not a true test of strength.

I have seen average guys beat powerlifters at arm wrestling, simply because the powerlifters have not trained in that particular activity and aren't used to the motions and/or the use of their muscles for that type of motion. Also, their joints and bones have not been strengthened to sustain the impact of arm wrestling.
