Hey guys so I've set my sights on the Phil Heath classic here in texas on march 28. As so of you know I competed in May of 14 and was pretty happy but feel I left a lot on the table. I want to try somthing differene and carb cycle this time around.
I'm coming down for 220ish this time instead of 240 and Ive put on some size so I'd like to shot for 190 super dry but thats just a guess
Do any of you guys have any examples of your carb cycling I can base my deit off of?
