Career in Abu Dhabi or average job in Spain...which would you choose.

I have been looking at some opportunities to move abroad. At the moment I have a couple of options, not sure whether I will take either, but need some advice from the wise collective on getbig.

One opportunity is to move to Abu Dhabi, progresses my career further, pays well, but ultimately means spending a few years in a sandpit. From my research life in the UAE (even Dubai, India) gets boring fast, is very superficial and essentially all about how much you make.

The other opportunity is to move to Spain, for a job that is a backwards step career wise, less money, but will allow me to live in Spain, a place I really like. Money whilst way less than what I earn currently, is more than good enough in Spain.

Which way to go.

Go there first, save and then move to Spain & enjoy your
Life there.

If not just go to Spain for your all round quality of life.

Abu Dhabi = hot and humid as fuck. I've spent summers in the American south, and that isn't shit compared to the UAE, where I've also lived. I'd pick Spain without hesitation because the poon is finer and more plentiful, and you don't have deal with the Muslim bullshit such as Ramadan and censored Internet (ie, no porn sites, etc). I've also visited (although not lived in) Spain, and you can't go wrong there if you're a young guy - in comparison to the Gulf region.
