Best post workout formula

what do you drink after training?

i drink a proteinshake and a coke. then i eat real food an hour or so later.

ive read the labels of all post-workout supplements and they all are shit. low on protein (if any) simple sugars. some have creatine and other shit one dont after training. some have shit that might be useful if youre a marathon runner etc.

if someone can suggest a supplement that actuallt might be good, feel free, im especially interested in something that helps with soreness (if such a thing exist)

thats too much for me since im going to eat real food shortly after

i want something that is easy to drink and digest

so far i think protein isolate with coca-cola on the side is the best (protein + fast carbs) not that it helps with DOMS or maybe it does

best post workout: dextrose + whey/egg isolates + creatine HCI.

I wouldn't consider myself a muscle monster, but I definitely have good size for a natural.  :D :D

I actually just got back from a chest workout. I had 1 scoop of protein, banana, mixed berries and ice.

Afterward, i will have chicken breast and sweet potato.
