what do you drink after training?
i drink a proteinshake and a coke. then i eat real food an hour or so later.
ive read the labels of all post-workout supplements and they all are shit. low on protein (if any) simple sugars. some have creatine and other shit one dont after training. some have shit that might be useful if youre a marathon runner etc.
if someone can suggest a supplement that actuallt might be good, feel free, im especially interested in something that helps with soreness (if such a thing exist)
