Can extreme intensity cause an instant increase in test ?
« on: December 22, 2014, 03:14:05 AM »
Thinking about this recently and to best illustrate I will tell a quick story:

Several years ago as a teen I went to karate class 2x a week. One day this kid in my class, twink half Asian about 13 years old or so got in big trouble with the sensei and was ordered to drop and do 300 push-ups. (The most I ever seen given in 4 years training there). Anyway the kid struggled through the 300 and when he was done he was clearly in agony but when he went to speak his voice was extremely deep  ???

My question is was this an increase in testosterone and if so is it something bodybuilders can replicate to grow bigger muscles?
