Word, if you are a regular person, expect them to throw the book at you for even a minor fuck up.  Regular people are easy targets and get prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law whenever they fuck up.  Look how the hassled Eric Garner for selling loose fucking cigarettes.  Ends up dead.  Meanwhile 30% of the population in Mexico says fuck you to our immigration law and the feds do nothing.  They kiss their ass and tell the States to issue them drivers licenses.  It's a fucked up word we live in.

Most of us Yanks think of what Britons call "State Schools" when we hear the term Public School.
