Taking photos up skirt of young girls with a spy pen camera.
Even the judge has commented how was he allowed To Keep
His job & not prosecuted under the sex offenders act.

At the time the deputy police chief dealt with it and
He was prosecuted under a public order offence & put
On restricted duties..
whoopee.
He then went on to commit these offences after that
Including Rape.
And that had this happened now it would of been dealt
With much more Severely Now.
I wish he would explain that comment as to why it was not
Dealt with severely Then.
It really is about time we had a completely independent body
Made up of the general public to deal with police & MP's
Any Public servants in power of positions.
