Finally decided to try this stuff on a whim today... WOW! It's delicious!
2 tbsp regular peanut butter = 200 calories (16 / 6 / 8 pcf)
2 tbsp powdered peanut butter (mix with water) = 45 calories ( 1.5 / 5 / 5 pcf)
WAY better than I was expecting... I really love peanut butter, and I have a feeling this stuff might replace it in my diet, just like stevia has replaced raw sugar.
