So, you tore your quad off the bone after being discharged in the military and youre getting disability for that from them? I don't follow the timeline of events. It's very confusing.

No no I blew my knee out about 2 years ago went through rehab and It never healed right. They discharged me saying I'm not deployable because of it. (I really just wanted out and they ask you if you want to stay in) my knee still gives me problems every day. Really bad when it's cold. I still train legs but it's lighter and not so much volume and it will still get swollen with fuild. Doc said that I need a partial knee replacement but at my age and as active as I am he said it would come lose in a year. So he said make do with what you got tell you get older

That pics is 3 years old before I ever dieted this is me last week sitting at 220. I started contest prep jast week and I'm sitting at 215 less full at the moment.

The min I start prepping I stop all thoughts of how "big" I am or if my cloths are loss. My stage weight is what it is at this point. I just have to go with the flow. The goal now is getting in shape not size

It's exactly when a long arm has size they look insane. It's alittle easier to put size on a smaller are but it's not as impressive. Like Dennis wolf or Cedric those arms are just as big as all the other pros but mass wise there fucking huge
