he is lets say 240 here,and he just continue to diet+training+cardio...just curious to what lbs would his body land
if he's 240 at 4% bfat, say, then he cant go any less than 230..thats if he doesnt lose muscle.
so imagine him with 10lb less of muscle.
but then figure in tat whatever muscle he has, would look superfreaky and be jutting out so will have an illusion of size.
AND, at such low bfat levels, he'd probably lose another 10lb of muscle.
so factoring all that, imagine him with 20lb less muscle and the entire 220lb left cross striated, dry, tight and ripped..assuming hes got no water.
