Admittedly Obama is still responsible for what goes on under his watch.....but that's a far cry of him actually directing a government agency to target the opposition as idiots have alleged...

They might be WORSE than democrats - because they have the (R) next to their name, they are preventing an actual conservative from holding that office and stopping obama.  If Romney wins nomination, that means conservatives have 0% chance of stopping obamacare or amnesty or min wage changes in 2016 and beyond, because they get liberal ideals with either candidate.

My feeling is that Romney can't beat Hillary and may have a difficult time squeaking past Biden if he were the Dem nominee.....Biden has no chance against hillary but if Hillary got cold feet Biden might be the front-runner.....and Biden's knowledge of government and his resume is impresive...might beat Romney if he can abstain from making gaffes as he's prone to do....

and I suspect that Romney won't bother revisiting trying to stop Obamacare if he wins because I really truly believe that in his heart of hearts he SYMPATHIZES with Obamacare..how could he not when Obamacare is basically a ripoff of his own program???

He's actually a realist who has been pushed into a corner by the more radical elements of his party.....his Job as speaker of the House is to work with the president to get things done in the senate and to compromise the positions of his party so that this happens......he couldn't do that because he had guys like Ted Cruz and McConnell who absolutely refused to budge on anything...and now Boehner has basically no legacy whatsoever to point to during his house tenure....what legislation can he point to as an achievement?...other than maybe the sequester which enacted major budget cutting even on sacred conservative cows like defense

Sounds like the only explanation you can adopt to keep your beliefs supported.

My beliefs? My belief is that anyone successful in politics, or at least their close advisers/handlers, have all read Machiavelli. Creating Plausible Denial, is a nonpartisan skill set in politics. This time Obama, or his people, used is successfully.
