Question For Kim Jong Bob & Ron Avidan-Whats In The Background?

Greetings, I was going through an old shoe box of vintage pics from my Grand Pappy and came across this one. I ask both of you for help since you know Canon's and this is a very weird anomaly. The following photo was marked "1979" in blue ink on the back. 

As you can see the photo is of a vintage Canon that takes film and seal skin bag. BUT if you look towards the back out of focus you can see a Kodak Disc camera, Canon 70-200 and a Canon 1DX. This technology was not available back in 1979.

So...was this time travel...highly unlikely OR was this current technology really available back then and was held back for unknown reasons?

I do know north Korea had the technologi in the 70s to build a 1dx but never seen it with my own eyes...awesome camera btw...trsted one this summer and it sucked going back tl

The boxes to the left? I really didn't pay close attention to that seeing there's a 1DX in a photo from 1979..lol. Probably flash cubes and dark room chems, etc. etc.

To be serious: probably from your grandpas weekend in pyonyang in the 70s..as i said we had the technologi then butt all the embargos against us made it impossible to share our knowledge about digital cameras back then

Maybe 1979 wasn't the year it was taken? Maybe it's some sort of illuminati puzzle piece. Perhaps edit the title to include "Wiggs" , and you may get your answer.

Calling out Wiggs or Cswol. Maybe those boxes on the left have a hidden meaning? Maybe the photo is new, was put into Grand Pappy's old shoebox? Scary stuff right der.

My Grand Pappy was a pharmacist so maybe but aren't those drugs discontinued which furthers this mystery.
