If they don't like it - and I sure as shit don't like people creeping up on cops like that - then write a law against it. I'd like to see a law saying you can't initiate a quick and devious move inside of ten feet around a cop. pass it, and lock him up if he violates it.
And he's acting like an ass, which is very legal. People do it daily, people tell off-taste jokes, people are horrible with their actions, insensitive. but still, I can't shove them, that's assault.
This cop assaulted a man on camera. There is no other way to explain it. He broke no law, he was in bad taste but it's America, and that's allowed here. Anyone that condones assault due to "bad taste" or "political climate" should be okay with police smashing their faces with batons the next time they're speeding in a city where someone was once killed by a speeder, right?
