What a shitty, no class move Jones did in the final ten seconds. The guy has no sense of honor. He won the fight though. That 4th round all but sealed it for Jones.

I so want to see him destroyed. That Swede will do it. Jones extreme height advantage against his opponents is his ticket. He didn't have that with Gustafsson and we saw what happened.

Anybody have any footage of the Rogan interviews in the cage with both fighters? I missed that. I wonder how big that cheap shot is going to play.

Worst championship fight ever.
And eat shit Ron with your stupid fucking 44 second posting bullshit. That's lamer than a Jon Jones 5th round hugfest.
What kind of shitty ref lets a guy hold another fighter against the cage for 3 1/2 minutes of a round and doesn't seperate them?

Sounds like you lost some money ;D

the ufc isnt doing as well as they used to

there business was down 40% last year.   they just raised there ppvs prices as well.

alot of mma websites do not discuss how the ufc is 500 million in debt as well

That's because Dana + The Fertittas really messed up: On the one hand they've devised a model that is unsustainable, most of the money goes to the promoters/UFC while the fighters get diddly shit; and on the other hand they are trying to get rid of the competition as if that was the only way to compete. I mean, look at Dana White, would you like to work for that fat fuck? Who would?

There's no money in MMA, and their push to make the sport global isn't attracting local talent because there isn't money in it. And, to top it all off, the fights they do have are gradually becoming lamer by the minute, with moves that show/attract nothing. And some of the fights are such miss-matches that the only way to get them to happen and be sort of economically beneficial is to first put up a huge advertising campaign and then let the vastly annoying Rogan shout his fucking way through it.

UFC = dead end for MMA.

Gustaffson should wear that during his next press conference with Jones.

It's like the whole sport is becoming a cliche of itself.

Who wants to pay $59.95 to watch two flyweights jab and mount each other (except Knooger)?

For $59.95 the fights better be good and Rhonda Rousey's tits better fall out of her top!

MMA becomes less entertaining as the fighters get more technically sound...less brawling.

Hey, if you take away his support system where is he going to get the momentum to worry about anything else?

His skinny-ass field negro calves should be easy to break.

That was one of the worst cards I've seen in a long time. Boring as fuck! They need to do something about the ridiculous stalling. 4 minutes of each round are feeling each other out.

I think you may be on to something here , kick him in the legs , break them , once he's on the floor , you  choke him out till he goes unconscious   or ground and pound him until the ref stops the fight , brilliant.

Its more like to get into the pocket with Jones, you have to get through his hand or hands sticking out which is very hard to do. Its cheap tactic imo.

Yet, the other fighters do nothing to attack his extremities. He is fast, but he opens up when he goes on attack mode. I always use this analogy: How do you eat a soft shell crab? You start with the legs and work your way to the body.

I highly suspect that Jones is the type of fighter whose skills will eventually get exposed by someone totally unexpected and the other fighters will go "why didn't I think of that?!". Kind of like Weidman vs. Silva. Chris makes Anderson seem like an average fighter, yet we know he isn't THAT good.

You should fight him. Sounds like you know how to handle him a lot better than the other actual pro fighters who actually get in the Octagon.

I know how to handle him? Dude, 99% of the people he's fought lose the fight before they step into the ring. The Jones aura is bigger than Silva's.

Mark my words: Someone's going to beat him eventually and, all of a sudden, Jones is going to start getting beaten left and right because people will then know he's beatable.
