"A study in The Lancet ranks the countries with the highest number of obese citizens. The U.S. ranks first with 78 million obese people, which is a third of the adult population."

Egypt has a lot of what I would call morbidly obese people. It was pretty shocking when I lived there. But the slim people are usually stick thin as well due to the heat.

Most men in America are delusional because NFL football is the number one sport of the nation. The men think because they weigh as much as a football player they are not fat. In Europe soccer is the game. So many lean men in Italy, France and many other countries.

It goes with saying there are so many factors involved but I have heard so many fat guys say proudly their the same size as their favorite player.

At 6' 4" the range is 157 to 198. Can you imagine how thin you would be at 157?

The problem with America is portion control.

It has less to do with eating shitty food and more to do with how much shitty food you eat. Americans don't know when enough is enough.
