Nyc protestors plan on 'shutting down Times Square' tonight

Apparently the fergusons are ignoring any and all calls for pauses and are planning to interfere with tonights annual new years eve event in times square. Just like how they tried to hijack the christmas tree lighting ceremony. Nypd is apparently making extra preparations to keep the fergusons out of the times square area during the event.

If the fergusons decide to try to make a big spectacle tonight, things could get really interesting
