An Overall More Positive Attitude

Many posted here in the resolutions thread about resolving to have a more positive attitude.  But you can't just wish it and it is pretty difficult to change something like this in the abstract without an actual strategy for action and some ideas on things to actually do in real life to cultivate that more positive attitude.  What is your best tip or piece of advice on how to be in that more positive place?
