Which one would it be?

For me probably yohimbe. I feel like I'm about to have a stroke and die when I take that shit.  :-X

Yohimbe/Yohimbine for me too. It is the only one that makes me feel odd to bad any time I take it. Shame cause it works better than Ephedrine for me.

dnp

This.

I really don't understand why people take DNP - I mean, if you can't get ripped from diet, cardio, T3, clen, GH, or ephedrine, then you've got a serious problem.

maybe because DNP is cheaper, faster and less harmful (unless youre completely retarded) than diet, cardio, t3, clen, gh or ephedrine

How does arginine slowly kill you?

Flooding your body with Peroxynitrate.

The not so pleasant side off effect of Arginine that is conveniently never mentioned in the promotional material of all these stupid NO supplements. Sure its effects are slow, but its probably the most indirectly toxic supplement out there.

Peroxynitrite generation represents a crucial pathogenic mechanism in conditions such as stroke, myocardial infarction, chronic heart failure, diabetes, circulatory shock, chronic inflammatory diseases, cancer, and neurodegenerative disorders

Not a huge amount to hand, but there is tons of studies out there, read up about iNOS and eNOS as well. I will look for some studies and post them here. I believe Arginine, AAKG, Citrulline, Ornithine-alpha keto glutarate and any other NO booster should be avoided. I think Citrulline is the worst out of the lot, being the most effective at boosting NO. I think it is better to stick with things that boost natural NO half life, like Vitamin C for example.

NO has emerged as a fundamental signaling device regulating virtually every critical cellular function, as well as a potent mediator of cellular damage in a wide range of conditions. Recent evidence indicates that most of the cytotoxicity attributed to NO is rather due to peroxynitrite, produced from the diffusion-controlled reaction between NO and another free radical, the superoxide anion. Peroxynitrite interacts with lipids, DNA, and proteins via direct oxidative reactions or via indirect, radical-mediated mechanisms

This is really graduate level stuff but from what I'm as to understand is no can oxidize cells casuarina damage and death? Also seems to mix with free radicals in the body leading to complications? I'm i reading this right?

generally yes. NO is not the problem itself as is it is a free radical with modest negative effects, but it combines with another free radical superoxide to create a powerful oxidant in the form of peroxynitrite.

While the body does need some radicals in the body, generally you dont want to be boosting the amount of free radicals and you definitely don't want to be boosting oxidants, especially very harmful ones.

NO has positive effects at health levels, by keeping blood vessels dilated and smooth so things like arterial plaques (cholesterol) do not form. But the more is better mentality does not apply.

Fr example there was a studies where they prescribed arginine for people with heart disease and endothelial dysfunction (blood vessel lining does not work well, plaques, cholesterol, inflammation etc), as it was believed that by boosting NO, the NO would reverse the damage, initially the arginine helped due to the increased NO, however long term the patients suffered other issues and their endothelial function was still poor, possibly due to long term elevated peroxynitrite.

Supplement companies are selective in telling you what people want to hear and forgetting about the downsides. Beta-Alanine is another supplement with potentially Neurotoxic effects.

I haven't done anything for a while either, but I still recall blasting my last couple of bumps before a workout instead of partying, best lifting session ever.
