What is he going to do? Who's gonna hire a 38-year old who's been doing nothing but fighting professionally for the past 16-years?
Oh yeah, that job working for tips as a bouncer in some night club's in Dubai, India really gonna turn his life around, especially if fighting's his passion and he's incomplete without it.
If he really cared about his health-- better yet, if his fans cared about his health, they would've called for his retirement after Marty Champions, Mir, Tbombz and Arlovski broke his arm, colon and leg, respectively.
Or in 2007, after he'd been on the receiving end of a lot of brain-damage from Go4It, Arlovski and Randy.
It's also funny how it's only well after a person's career has started the downturn that people start calling for their retirement, because they're "worried about their health."
It's never, you know... at a point when the long-term damage is actually preventable. Or when the damage has already been done but hasn't affected their performance too bad.
It's only after they've lost a lot and/or started to look bad that people get worried; it's like having a gigantic weird-looking lump on your body that you do nothing- and don't worry about until it starts bleeding one day.
It's only after it affects their weekend of peace that they start to worry.
