Good guy,met him a few times when he stayed at the hotel where I run security..down to earth,friendly,funny and really cared about his daughters( who were with him). Was real inspired by his speech at the Espys..pure class. ..fuck cancer

Jokes are important. You can't discount the emotional connection between laughter/jokes and people. All cultures manifest some some sort of humor, and while it varies greatly by culture, all cultures have interactions that involve humor.

To ignore jokes and humor is ignorant and stupid. Its part of life, just like contemplation is.

If Stuart Scott studied electricity, he may still be alive. He would have had a more indepth understanding of the complexities of electricity and hospital machines. He may have been able to plug a hospital machine into the wall that could have kept him alive. But since he didn't understand the deep complexities of electricity, such as plugging the outlet into a wall, he was never able to utilize life-saving machines. Too bad. He seemed like a good guy.

He would have at least known the difference between a diode and a donut...studied more of the former and eaten less of the latter.
