He would be a getbigger if he was single, lived infront of a computer and posted the best pics of himself in his Screech days as proof that he is hard at it in the gym, and typing up his unrealistic diet for "getting back into shape" every year

No, he's giving his best JF impression before JF became JF (Marty).
If you notice, in Screech's younger pics, he and JF bear a slight resemblance. The jawline, eyes and possibly nose.
