Arnold reportedly wouldn't do the mandatories, well the only one missing from all the pics and videos is the side tricep. It was great without even pressing it into his side so no idea why he apparently avoided it. Actually is there any pictures of anyone doing the classic side triceps pose from 1980?

Mentzer became a train wreck right after October 4th 1980 a man who did all kinds of drugs, G4F , had a Flamboyant old fart paying his rent then had a young bodybuilder as his client to pay for his groceries and even got his rent covered  .running naked on the streets of Venice who knows how many times and the crazy stuff he did ...to end up with a beer belly ,crystal meth enthusiast ,smoking 2 packs of cigarettes a day and wandering the parking lot at Worlds gym whining about Arnold and the 1980 Olympia and  looking 60 at 40 .

Because his exact birth date was not publicly documented in widely available official records, his exact age at the time of his death is not known,
