It cleans out inorganic materials. There is a campaign against it and I expect backlash from the usual village idiots here. You can get distillers easily and affordable. Distilled water cleans out fluoride (many of you need it), cleans out all kinds of toxins and does so much for your bodies and mind I urge you to research it.

Distilled water is the only water you should be drinking. Do research and you're welcome.

In advanced, I'm sure I'll get some jackass that will retort with, "it strips minerals from the body." To them I say, yes, it strips out inorganic minerals. Distilled water will get rid of, chlorine, chloramine, asbestos, pesticides, fluoride, copper, mercury, and lead.

Extend your lives, drink distilled.

Bodybuilding related, bodybuilders used to drink distilled water about a week out from a show back in the day.

I drink my well water. It gets tested yearly and has zeros across the board for everything: no metals, no biologicals and no additives.

I couldn't imagine.

I have a family member who built a really nice home on a bit of land but the well water smells pretty bad in the bathroom.

I think it has alot of sulfur in it or something.

Wiggs has a point. I can think of a few bodybuilders that only drink distilled water in their diet down phase. You can call them idiots but think about how many brological things that bodybuilders did before they went mainstream.

My well water is putrid, cant drink it... I sanitize it twice a year just for showering, washing clothes... sort of sucks...

Wiggs, what about store bought distilled in those plastic jugs? Do the chemicals in the plastic negate any of the positive effects from drinking distilled?
I assume you'll say use a stainless steel distiller at home. Isn't most stainless coming from china. Do you trust Chinese stainless?
