Welcome To Hell Leg Training with Cody Montgomery, Ben Pakulski, & Coach Chris Cormier- At Powerhouse Gym in Tampa, Florida teenage bodybuilding 3x national champion, Cody Montgomery, tests his mettle by training legs with modern day quadzilla, IFBB Pro Ben Pakulski, and trainer/legend Chris Cormier. To say, "it's not pretty", is an understatement. The veterans welcome the rookie to hell training!

Whats funny is that Yates trained just as hard, if not harder, and I don't think he ever screamed like that.

I agree. It sounds like they're trying hard to make the irrelevant seem otherwise. In the 80s we had a guy in our gym that would have his girlfriend slap him in the face and yell LOUDLY at him to "do more!". Ridiculous comes to mind.

They are pretty proud, as my father works for me as our director of shipping, and that job allows my mother the ability to stay at home and not work. He is one of 28 people I employ on a full time basis. What do you with your life? How are you making your parents proud?

I prefer not to talk about my life here but as with all things honorable it is my choice with whom I share it. My life is better left private, and this as opposed to putting ones privates on display for all the world to see (so long as they pay for the privilege, eh kiddo?) vis a vie Muscle Web or the like.

im not one to post negativity. and maybe my. perceptions are a bit screwed coming from training previously at some of the best gyms (strong and shapely, various powerhouses in long island, steel gym, Adirondack barbell etc) but this was highly unimpressive...
