as someone who got fat-ish then is quickly getting ripped again, i can tell ya... chunky people smell and they're delusional and they suck and they eat too much mcbreakfast.
I tells ya... schedule change resulted in no more hungry driving past burger king croissandwich goodness at 845 am, and voila, I've regained abs.
That and going to the gym, it's crazy how fcking fast one can go from fat to awesome by going to gym for 90 minutes, 4 times a week. Fck jason statham and his 40 minute workout crap. Lock yourself in for 90 minutes. lift til youre whooped, then cardio the rest. i'm going to have to enter the next Mr getbig.
